The graphics have an authentic feel to them, unlike the Woods photoshop graphics. The Els game is much better paced, with the 1-2 feel of a real swing, and all the same penalties for pushed or pulled shots. It's swing is nothing like a real golf swing. The Woods game is for hyper-gamers with "jockfinger." It's an arcade game with unrealistic ball flight and shots that have silly looking tails. I ordered this and Tiger Woods PGA 11 at the same time. I have Windows 7, 64 bit, 8 GB DDR3, with an AMD Radeon HD 7640G graphics with 512 MB onboard. The game does run smoothly on my Laptop and it is only a mid-range graphics card. You change the appearance and look of just about every feature of your player, including such things as weight, size and color of your mustache, etc. The ability to create a customized player is a player is a definate plus.

I did appreciate that the ENTIRE game did install on this Laptop, so that I do not have to drag the disk along when I travel. Some of the character antics are borderlining on stupid, when you hit a great shot.

No add-on courses that I can find, whereas LINKS had a lot of add-on courses plus this ONLY has 5 courses. No choice to watch EVERY shot in reverse just the great shots. My Golf Game is a good game, but it is NOT the Great Game that LINKS was. But Links does not work on Windows 7 and above. If you ever played LINKS in the past on older Windows, it was a better Golf Game. Accomplishments are maintained in Level 1 and Trophy Room so progress and achievements are recorded from day to day. Over thirty potential games and challenges inside. Three levels of play inside the game provide areas to practice fundamental golf skills and short practice rounds in addition to eighteen hole play. Create your own female or male avatar selecting from hundreds of options in personal features, clothing and equipment.
